Peachtree Group is a hotel developer and owner headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The investment company, which reports close to $5 billion in capital under management, also finances other commercial asset types.

In active development, Peachtree Group has at least three projects in planning stages totaling more than 390 rooms, with Upscale hotels the largest group by count alongside one Upper Midscale project. These include Home2 Suites Estero Coconut Point in Estero, Florida, and Tempo by Hilton Indianapolis. The company also has at least two hotels in delivery, one Upper Upscale and one Upscale, totaling more than 610 rooms, led by the 480-room Embassy Suites | Tempo by Hilton Hotel in Austin, Texas, which it is co-developing.

Among the projects completed by Peachtree Group and tracked by Lodging Development is Tru by Hilton Huntsville Research Park Area in Huntsville, Alabama. As an owner, the company's current portfolio includes at least 109 hotels with more than 14,300 rooms, led by Upscale properties and followed by Upper Midscale, with a smaller number of Upper Upscale and Midscale hotels.

The company also manages hotels, both its own and those of other owners. Peachtree is active in more than 25 states and the District of Columbia, with primary markets including Savannah, Georgia, and Paso Robles, California.
