Peachtree Group is a hotel developer and owner headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. An investment company with close to $5 billion in capital under management, Peachtree owns, develops, and finances hotels and other commercial asset types.

Peachtree Group currently has at least 4 projects in active development totaling more than 670 rooms, with Upscale properties accounting for the largest share, alongside Upper Upscale and Upper Midscale projects. An additional 4 or more properties are in delivery, representing over 1,130 rooms concentrated in the Upscale and Upper Upscale segments. Among the projects tracked by Lodging Development are the Embassy Suites and Tempo by Hilton dual-branded hotel under construction in Austin, Texas, the AC Hotel and Moxy dual-branded property in Dallas Uptown approaching its opening, and a Home2 Suites in Estero, Florida in early planning stages.

Peachtree Group's current ownership portfolio includes at least 107 properties encompassing more than 13,800 rooms. Upscale hotels represent the dominant segment with at least 59 properties, followed by more than 40 Upper Midscale hotels and 7 Upper Upscale assets. Properties in the portfolio include the Tru by Hilton Huntsville Research Park Area in Alabama, among others. The firm also serves as manager on its own hotels and those of other owners.

Peachtree Group's footprint is geographically broad, with properties and projects across at least 28 states, including markets such as Savannah, Georgia and Paso Robles, California.
