Holladay Properties LLC is a full-service real estate company headquartered in South Bend, Indiana, with a growing hotel portfolio centered on select-service and economy extended-stay hotels.

Holladay Properties currently has at least two projects in active development and one in delivery, representing more than 420 rooms combined. The in-delivery pipeline consists of economy-scale product, while the active development pipeline includes both economy and upscale properties. Among the projects tracked by Lodging Development, the Echo Suites Savannah Airport in Savannah, Georgia is currently in construction, and the AC Hotel Indianapolis Circle Tower, an upscale adaptive-reuse project in Indianapolis, is in final planning. An additional Echo Suites by Wyndham property is also in planning for Savannah.

Among the projects completed by Holladay Properties, at least 16 hotels totaling more than 1,850 rooms have opened. Economy-scale properties account for the largest share, with at least eight hotels and nearly 975 rooms. Upper midscale properties represent at least four hotels, while midscale and upscale properties contribute additional depth. Notable completed projects include the Tru by Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and The Inn at Saint Mary's in South Bend.

The firm also serves as owner, manager, and general contractor on select projects within its development portfolio. Holladay Properties maintains an active presence across at least seven states, with primary market concentrations in South Bend, Indiana and Ashland, Virginia.
