BPR Properties LLC is a hotel developer and owner headquartered in High Point, North Carolina. The company, which formerly also managed its hotels, now concentrates on development of hotels as well as residential and commercial projects.

BPR Properties currently has at least four projects in active development totaling more than 370 rooms, with the upscale tier accounting for the majority of that pipeline. An additional project is in delivery: the 116-room Home2 Suites Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina, which is currently under construction. Other projects in development tracked by Lodging Development include the Homewood Suites Jacksonville Airport in Florida and a Residence Inn in Statesboro, Georgia, both in final planning, as well as the Create 72 Hotel & Condos in Asheville, North Carolina.

BPR Properties' current portfolio includes at least 21 open hotels with more than 2,300 rooms. Upscale properties make up the largest share of the portfolio, with at least 11 hotels, followed by at least nine upper midscale properties and one upper upscale hotel. Among the properties in the company's portfolio is the Embassy Suites Charlotte Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. The firm also serves as manager on select projects within its development pipeline.

The company's activity spans three states, with primary market concentrations in the Greensboro and Greenville areas of North Carolina, as well as projects in Florida and Georgia.
