The Hotel Ownership Entity Directory lists special purpose entities — LLCs, LPs, and similar holding companies — associated with hotel properties in the Lodging Development database. For each entity, we show the associated property, its location, scale, and current status. Subscriber access includes parent company identification, ownership contacts, and full property detail.
