It is worth noting that 36 transactions lacked sufficient pricing or loan data to include in this volume estimate, meaning actual market activity likely exceeded this figure.

In recent transaction activity, the 193-room Aloft Downtown Dallas was acquired by T2 Hospitality in October 2025, while the 107-room Courtyard Amarillo Downtown traded to KAMP Hotels that same month. The 184-room Courtyard Dallas Medical/Market Center also changed hands in late September 2025.
