Among transactions with disclosed pricing, 18 sales accounted for approximately $354.2 million in total volume. An additional 18 transactions lacked disclosed prices but carried recorded loan data, from which Lodging Development derives estimated values. In recent transaction activity, Milan Hotel Group acquired both the 78-room Courtyard Asheville and the 88-room SpringHill Suites Asheville in November 2025, purchasing the two properties for approximately $5.9 million and $6.9 million respectively. Also notable was the sale of the 152-room Sonesta Select Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville, which traded for $7.5 million in September 2025. Four additional transactions during the period lacked sufficient data to calculate a price estimate.
