I forgot my User Name and/or Password. How can I access my account?
Click here and, when prompted, enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive your Userтame and a new password via email.
How can I access the Weekly Development & Transaction Report?
After logging in to your account, select Reports here or from the menu bar at the top of the page. The most recent report will appear by default. To view an earler version, select a different report date in the Select Report Date menu near the top of the report page. Please note that access to the Weekly Development & Transaction Report is available to subscribers only.
How can I search for specific types of properties in the LodgingDevelopment.com database?
After logging in to your account, select Search here or from the menu bar at the top of the page.
Can I view the same property profile multiple times without incurring additional debits from my record balance?
Yes. Once a property profile has been viewed and the credit has been deducted from the subscriber's balance, that subscriber may viewed the same property profile an unlimited number of times during the billing cycle. For example, an Annual subscriber may view the same profile multiple times during the subscriber's 12-month subscription period without incurring any additional record debits. This multiple-view privilege applies even if a record has been updated subsequent to the initial view.
How can I upgrade to a paid subscription?
1) After signing in to your account, select Account here or at the top of the page.

2) Select the Change Membership tab, select a Membership Type and enter the requested billing information.
Do you offer a free trial subscription?
In some cases, we will extend a free trial subscription to qualified individuals. Please contact us to request a free trial.
