Weekly New Development & Transaction Report
Lodging Development’s Weekly Report is designed to keep readers informed not only about individual projects and markets, but also about the development trends shaping the lodging industry.
The weekly report is organized into three principal sections.
The News Section contains important industry information and insight not directly related to individual properties — such as merger activity, alliances and joint ventures, senior management changes and corporate financial transactions.
The Summary Section provides concise overview of each of the detailed Development, Transaction, and Renovation and Repositioning profiles contained in the Property Activity Section of the report. Readers are able to quickly scan this section  to understand the essence of each property profile and to identify which of those profiles warrant further reading.
The Property Activity Section is the core of the report, containing in-depth profiles of individual properties that are in development or redevelopment; the subject of pending or completed real estate transactions; or in the midst of renovation, re-branding or a change in management. In addition to property location and specifications, the profiles include the name and contact information of owners, developers, managers and, where available, project architects, designers, engineers and other interested parties.
The Property Activity Section is preceded by the Property Activity Index, which lists each individual property by activity type, geographic location, property type and development status.
