- I forgot my User Name and/or Password. How can I access my account?
- Click here and, when prompted, enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive your User Name and a new password via email.
- How can I access the Weekly Development & Transaction Report?
- After logging in to your account, select Reports here or from the menu bar at the top of the page. The most recent report will appear by default. To view an earler version, select a different report date in the Select Report Date menu near the top of the report page. Please note that access to the Weekly Development & Transaction Report is available to subscribers only.
- How can I search for specific types of properties in the LodgingDevelopment.com database?
- After logging in to your account, select Search here or from the menu bar at the top of the page.
- How can I begin a free trial membership?
- 1) Select Register here or on the Lodging Development home page.
2) After completing the Sign Up form, select REGISTER again at the bottom of the page.
3) Do not close the next page until you have completed these steps. Within a few minutes, you will receive a password via the the email address that you provided on the Sign Up form. Under Step 2, select Free Trial, and in Step 3, enter your User Name and Password. After pressing Submit, your free trial membership will be activated.
 - How can I upgrade my membership?
- 1) After signing in to your account, select Account here or at the top of the page.
2) Select the Change Membership tab, select a Membership Type and enter the requested billing information.
 - How can I purchase additional "A la Carte" records?
- 1) After signing in to your account, select Account here or at the top of the page.
2) Select the Buy a La Carte Records tab, select the number of records you wish to purchase and enter the requested billing information.
